SERVICES Rosu Global Services (RGS) provides the following services to the employers:

Once the Power of Attorney and Demand Letter is received from the client, screen & shortlist resumes from our data bank and job portals.
Advertisement is released for specialized positons in local newspapers with prior approval from Client for artwork & cost.
Finalize agency fee on mutually agreed terms as per Govt. rule.
Short listing and pre-interviews are conducted.
Candidates are briefed about the job profile, terms of employment etc. Interested and available candidate’s resumes are sent to the client for final approval.
Final interviews are scheduled as per Clients instruction.
Trade tests if needed are also done as per client’s specification.
Medical tests are conducted to ensure medical fitness as per G C C rule.
Verify and arrange documents for visa process as per the respective G C C countries requirements.
Once visa received, doing the needful for visa stamping, if require.
Obtain emigration clearance as per Govt. of India rules & regulation.
Arrange deployment as per the given schedule & inform travel details to Clients for meet & assistance on arrival.
Guide & assist Clients and candidates for speedy process and maintain good relationship.
